The brief
HiveSchool trains operators for revenue roles — GTM, sales, growth, entrepreneurship — not the support functions most MBA programmes default to. They run a 9-month PGP, an AI Marketing Fellowship, and an undergraduate track, all anchored to placements and live brand challenges.
Syphr's engagement is three connected builds: a public website that converts traffic into applications, an LMS that runs the programmes on campus, and the funnel + automation layer that makes growth visible once admissions scale.
The problem
HiveSchool had the proof — placement reports, press coverage, founder pitches from brand challenges. What they didn't have was one surface that carried all of it into a single admissions path.
Programme story scattered across pages. Three applications with no shared logic. Prospects excited by outcomes who never reached the form. And behind it all, no operating layer showing where leads stall, which source converts, or what should fire when someone goes cold.

What we did
Phase 01 shipped — the admissions surface is live.
Live at hiveschool.co. We rebuilt the public site from scratch — not a template reskin, but a conversion surface built for how HiveSchool actually sells: high-trust, high-ticket, proof-heavy.
- Programme hierarchy across PGP, Fellowship, and UG — one school, one thesis, not three disconnected sites.
- Placement proof and brand-challenge stories woven into the admissions narrative, not buried in PDFs.
- A conversion path from first visit to application — built for a high-stakes, high-ticket decision.
What's next
LMS is in build now — the layer that runs cohorts, sprints, and campus operations once students are in.
After that comes the GTM systems phase: funnel mapped to real application stages, a dashboard showing drop-off by source and programme, and automations that follow up without someone chasing spreadsheets. That's the layer where before-and-after numbers become real.
Why no numbers yet
HiveSchool's placement data lives on their site. Ours is the operating system underneath admissions — and we don't publish outcomes we can't stand behind.
Once the GTM layer ships, we'll report what changed in the funnel: where leads were dying, what we fixed, and what moved. Real data, client-approved — not a guess dressed up as a metric. Until then, this page shows progress, not performance theater.
